General cleaning

How to clean

  • Rinse with warm water and a toy cleaner or mild, unscented soap.
  • Avoid bleach, alcohol gels, antibacterial sprays and abrasive pads.
  • Work gently into textures, seams and creases; a soft brush can help.
  • Rinse thoroughly, then air-dry — don’t re-sheath or close cases while damp.

Storage

  • Keep each item in its own bag or case to avoid lint and material contact.
  • Store cool and dry, away from heat or sunlight. Remove batteries for long breaks.

Material-specific care

Silicone

Non-porous, easy to clean. Use water + cleaner/soap. Avoid silicone lube unless the brand confirms compatibility.

Glass & Metal

Non-porous. Wash with cleaner/soap and warm water; dry well. Check temperature before use.

ABS Plastic

Wipe with a damp cloth and cleaner. If not waterproof, don’t soak.

TPE / TPR / “Skin-feel”

Porous. Clean gently, air-dry fully, then dust with renewing powder to keep the feel.

Latex & Rubber

Use mild soap; rinse thoroughly. Dry and apply dressing/shine if desired. Watch for sensitivities.

Leather (bondage)

Spot-clean with a damp cloth; use leather cleaner/conditioner. Keep dry; never soak.

Lubricant compatibility

  • Water-based lube is the safe default for all materials.
  • Silicone toys: avoid silicone lube unless the brand states it’s safe.
  • Oil-based lubes can degrade latex and some elastomers — use with care.

Rechargeable & waterproof toys

  • Make sure the toy is completely dry before charging; keep ports moisture-free.
  • Check the IP rating before submerging — “water-resistant” isn’t bath-safe.
  • Use the original charger/cable where supplied.

FAQs

Before first use and after every session. If sharing or switching between body areas, clean in-between.

Yes — mild, unscented soap works. Avoid harsh chemicals and perfumes. A dedicated sex toy cleaner is ideal.

For porous “skin-feel” materials (like TPE/TPR), a renewing powder helps keep the surface smooth after drying.

Separately in individual bags or cases, clean and dry, away from heat/sunlight. Remove batteries for long breaks.

Usually no — silicone lubes can bind to silicone surfaces. Use water-based unless the brand or product explicitly says otherwise.

Check the IP rating. “Water-resistant” means splashes only; fully waterproof toys are safe to submerge to the depth stated.
