Common Issues
Yes—once your parcel receives its first carrier scan, tracking will update. This can be later the same day or the next working day if after cut-off.
Orders placed Mon–Fri before 14:30 usually ship the same working day. We don’t dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays.
Address changes aren’t guaranteed after dispatch. DPD offers in-flight options (date change, pickup shop, neighbour) via the link/app. Royal Mail can hold for collection at your local office.
DPD: rearrange via your link/app or collect from a pickup point.
Royal Mail: use the redelivery service or collect with the “Something for you” card.
Customs processing can add time. Tracking resumes with the next scan after clearance.
