Common Issues

  • Tracking says “label created” only: Updates once the parcel receives its first carrier scan (usually later the same day, or the next working day if after cut-off).
  • No tracking email: Check junk/spam. Still can’t find it? Contact us with your order number.
  • Delay shown in network: Weather, peak season, or local backlog. Updates appear once the next scan is made.
  • International: Customs processing can add time. Use the same tracking link; scans resume after clearance.

Need to make a change?

DPD options

  • Use your link/app to rearrange delivery, choose a pickup shop, or leave with neighbour (where eligible).
  • If you missed it: DPD will attempt again or hold at a pickup point.

Royal Mail options

  • If you missed it: use the "Something for you" card or online portal to book redelivery or collect from your delivery office.
  • Address changes aren’t possible after dispatch; Royal Mail can hold for collection at your local office.
