RaptureWorks, we know delivery speed and discretion matter just as much as the toys you choose. That’s why every parcel is sent in plain, unbranded packaging and delivered by trusted couriers like Royal Mail and DPD. Whether you’re in the UK or overseas, you’ll find all our delivery options, cut-off times, and costs explained below.

Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 14:30pm Mon–Fri. Weekend orders ship the next working day.
Important Information
- Cut-off time: Orders placed before 14:30pm Mon–Fri are dispatched the same day.
- Please note: We do not dispatch items on weekends or bank holidays.
- Tracking: You’ll receive tracking by email (and SMS for DPD).
- No invoice in the box: For discretion, invoices are emailed only.
- Packaging: All parcels are plain and unbranded with no logos.
- Incorrect address: Please double-check your details. We can’t refund or replace orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
- Parcel forwarding: Orders sent to forwarding services are at your own risk. We can’t replace or refund parcels lost, delayed or damaged after hand-over.
International Delivery
We ship to selected EU countries via Royal Mail International Tracked (3–5 working days) and DPD International Classic (2–5 working days). All services are tracked and insured. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your country and postcode/ZIP.
Customs & duties: Any import charges are the customer’s responsibility and are outside of our control.
If Something Goes Wrong
- Lost parcels: All orders are sent via insured services. If a parcel is lost, we must complete the courier’s claims process (usually around 4 weeks) before issuing a refund or replacement. If you need the item sooner, you’ll need to re-order.
- Delivery delays: Adverse weather, peak periods, or courier backlogs can occasionally slow deliveries. Please allow extra time during busy seasons.
- Service upgrades: Orders over 2kg cannot ship with Royal Mail. These are automatically upgraded to DPD at no extra cost.
- Uncollected parcels: If a delivery attempt is made and the parcel is returned to us because it wasn’t collected in time, you will be liable for both the original postage and the return charge.
