FAQs
All orders placed Monday to Friday before 14:30 are sent the same day. Orders placed after 14:30, at weekends, or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Once your parcel has been dispatched you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also use our Track My Order tool at any time.
If you haven't received a confirmation or tracking number, please check your spam before contacting us.
Our courier partners may deliver on Saturdays, but it is never guaranteed. If you definitely need it on Saturday, select our DPD Weekend Delivery option at checkout.
If you’ve just placed your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If it’s already dispatched, we’ll guide you through the returns process instead.
