At RaptureWorks, your privacy comes first. Every order arrives in plain, unbranded packaging, with no product names on the label and no invoice in the box. On your bank statement you’ll simply see RW ONLINE. Below you’ll find exactly how our discreet delivery and billing work, plus answers to common questions.

Order Timeline

Order placed securely

Once your order is placed securely, we email your confirmation straight away and send tracking when it’s dispatched. No paperwork inside the parcel — receipts are emailed.

Private billing

Your statement shows RW ONLINE (or similar). Product names never appear.

Plain packaging

Unbranded plain box, items wrapped securely. No logos, no product names.

Neutral label

Standard address label and barcode with our company details — nothing suggests the contents.

You control delivery

Use the tracking link to change the day, choose a safe place, or divert to a pickup shop (where supported). Notifications are neutral.

Easy, discreet returns

Follow our Returns & Refunds guide. Send back in plain packaging; clean hygiene items first. We email all instructions.

Private Billing

  • Card / PayPal / Wallet payments appear as RW ONLINE (or similar) on your bank statement.
  • Extra bank authentication (3-D Secure / SCA) may be requested for added protection.
  • We never store full card details or CVCs.
  • Receipts and invoices are emailed — nothing paper goes in the parcel.

International & Customs

  • Where customs forms are required, we use accurate but generic item descriptions and declare values as required by law.
  • Packaging stays plain and unbranded throughout transit; product names are never printed on labels.
  • Customs duties/taxes (if charged) are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.
  • Tracking updates remain neutral and do not reveal product details.
