All payments on RaptureWorks are processed by PCI-compliant providers over secure, encrypted connections. We don’t store your full card details, and Strong Customer Authentication (3-D Secure) is supported for extra protection.

How We Keep You Safe

  • PCI DSS Level 1: Payments are handled by certified providers — we never store full card numbers or CVCs.

  • 3-D Secure (SCA): Extra authentication may be requested by your bank for added protection.
  • Fraud screening: Orders are automatically checked; occasionally we may ask for further verification.
  • Privacy: We only use your details to fulfil your order and support you — never to share or sell.

Troubleshooting Payments

  • 3-D Secure failed: Re-try with the same card or a different method (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna).
  • Bank declined: Check funds, daily limits or out-of-area holds; your bank can instantly lift most blocks.
  • Address mismatch: Make sure your billing address matches your bank statement exactly.
  • Still stuck? Contact us — we’ll help you complete your order safely.

Statements & Klarna

  • Statement descriptor: Card payments will appear on your bank statement as RW ONLINE or similar.
  • Klarna: Payments are managed by Klarna; your schedule updates as soon as we ship or refund.
