Welcome to RaptureWorks. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to raptureworks.fun (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside our Delivery Information, Returns & Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

1. About Us

RaptureWorks (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK-based retailer of adult lifestyle products. Our contact details are available on the Contact Us page.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the Site or purchase products. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept when we send an order confirmation email.
  • All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance.
  • We may cancel an order (and refund you) for reasonable reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or address/identity issues.

4. Prices, Taxes & Payment

  • Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the point of order.
  • If a pricing error is identified, we may cancel and refund the order before dispatch.

5. Promotions & Vouchers

  • Promotions are subject to stated terms (dates, product exclusions, limits per customer).
  • Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless stated.
  • We may withdraw or amend promotions at any time where reasonable.

6. Delivery & Dispatch

  • Dispatch is Monday–Friday only. We do not dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays.
  • Delivery services, timescales and charges are detailed in our Delivery Information.
  • Tracking is provided on dispatch where available.
  • If a parcel is returned due to non-collection or incorrect address, re-delivery costs may apply.

7. Risk & Title

  • Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.
  • Ownership passes when we receive full payment.

8. International Orders

  • Recipient is responsible for customs duties, taxes and clearance fees.
  • Delays caused by customs or local postal services are outside our control.

9. Returns, Refunds & Faulty Goods

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned if opened.
