You’ll receive a tracking number from Royal Mail or DPD as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have trouble, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
We offer four fully trackable UK services: Royal Mail Tracked 48, Royal Mail Tracked 24, DPD Express Next Day, and DPD Weekend Delivery. Orders over £50 qualify for free 48-hour delivery.
Yes — we currently deliver to Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, Spain and Sweden, using Royal Mail International Airsure and DPD International Classic. Both are tracked and insured.
EU deliveries typically arrive within 3–5 working days (Royal Mail) or 2–5 working days (DPD). Customs checks and local postal services may occasionally cause delays.
All orders placed before 2:30pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day.
Royal Mail may deliver on Saturdays but it’s not guaranteed. DPD offers a dedicated Weekend Delivery option for Saturday arrivals. Please select this option at checkout.
Always. Parcels arrive in plain, unbranded packaging with no invoice inside — the invoice is sent via email.
Some countries charge customs or import taxes depending on item value. These charges are outside our control and must be paid by you.
Yes, if the order hasn’t been dispatched. Please contact us urgently if you need to amend details.
Couriers usually leave a calling card or update via SMS/email. Parcels may be left with a neighbour, in a safe place, or at your local depot.

You’ll receive a digital invoice by email immediately after ordering.

No, all orders must be placed securely through our website. We will never ask for payment details by phone, email, or WhatsApp.

Refunds usually appear within 2–5 working days, though normally this is quicker.
You can cancel before dispatch. After shipping, the item must be returned in line with our policy. Amendments should also be requested before dispatch.
Faulty items can be sent to our freepost address for inspection. Confirmed faulty products are replaced free of charge. If you think you have a faulty item, please get in touch immediately.
