Return & Refunds

Please see the Returns & Refunds Policy located in the help centre located at the bottom of this page. Due to the nature of these products, there are, understandably, a number of rules we need to follow to correctly handle returned items.

We would allow 2-5 working days for refunds to show in your account, however, generally it is quicker.

You can cancel the order at any time before it is dispatched. After it has been shipped, you will have to wait for the item to be delivered and follow our returns policy for further instruction. Please note, we are unable to cover the cost of returning the goods to us.

In terms of changing your order, if you need to make an amendment, it would also be highly beneficial to do this before your order is dispatched. Please get in touch with us via email or LIVECHAT as soon as you can, and our Customer Service Team will guide you with the best course of action.

We offer a dedicated freepost address to return faulty items to us, which will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt. If the products are definitely faulty, they will be replaced free of charge. Please see the Returns & Refunds Policy for further instruction
